Each machine has a user manual that is located in the machine, but we can also send you a digital copy.
With us you have two options:
- You can pick up your units and machines yourself, at one of our locations.
- We deliver your units and machines to your site.
Yes, a deposit must be paid if you are a new business customer.
A guarantee is always agreed with private individuals.
The minimum rental period is 2 months. If you wish to rent for a shorter period, a handling charge will always be charged; this is a necessary cost for the proper preparation and handling of the goods rented by you.
You send an email to sales-rental@real-nv.com with your request or you order via the website.
You will also find all information and technical sheets on the website. You can then click on the “request a quote” button, where you must carefully and accurately fill in all information about your project. You will then receive a confirmation email from one of our rental employees.
Our rental employees and technical service are at your disposal on +32 3 727 11 27, in case of a defect. Our service department will then come to you as soon as possible to repair the breakdown of your unit or machine. Do you still have questions? We deliver our machines fully fueled. At the end of your rental you have two options:
- You refuel the machine yourself.
- You return the rented machine without refueling. We refuel the machine and then charge you for the fuel used.
As soon as you have notified us of your cancellation, we will schedule the collection. You will be notified of this immediately. Please note that we cannot provide an exact time and day of collection.
As soon as you have finished your work, you cancel your machines and units by e-mail. Please state your rental contract number so that the processing of the administration runs smoothly. As soon as we have received your cancellation, the rental period will be closed.
Please note that if you do not unsubscribe, the rental period will continue. Prevent unnecessary surprises on your invoice by unsubscribing in time.
