Flexible office space in compact formats

For Vesta Terminal , we built and installed 4 BEL40 office units (4x3m). The ground floor was already built in 2016, and this year we added a second level of construction. The units were placed on an existing layout, allowing us to make the best use of the space, even in limited dimensions.
In addition, the ground floor units underwent a smart modification: Our technician installed a built-in mailbox on site. This in the ground floor units for efficient deponage of walkie-talkies.
This project demonstrates that expansion of workspace does not always have to be large-scale. With modular units in compact sizes, we can expand efficiently, even in smaller spaces, and still create a flexible and functional work environment.

Real produced several custom modular desk containers. These yard offices were completely branded in-house as requested by the client. The painting work was done in our brand new spray booth!
To ensure security in the yards, the units are equipped with anti-intrusion grilles. After completion and inspection by the customer, the units were delivered and installed at the various sites.
This collaboration not only highlights the power of customization, but also shows how modular units contribute to brand reinforcement and functionality in challenging work environments. Thanks to REAL, Aertssen now combines visibility with security at all their locations.

The unit is designed to be both functional and customer-friendly, so you can get fresh ice cream whenever you want it. By creating a custom unit, REAL has ensured that Pitz Ice Cream can take service to the next level, allowing customers to enjoy their treats to the fullest, day and night. Without too much investment, a modular 24/7 store.
This project shows how modular solutions can help companies respond flexibly to their customers’ needs and serve them even better!

Flexible Office Solutions During Renovations
Woonstroom, a housing company dedicated to affordable and livable housing, is undergoing a major office remodel. To keep operations running smoothly and provide the team with a full workspace, REAL installed temporary office containers.
The modules were lifted over the existing building with a heavy crane and placed in the parking lot behind. This flexible office solution is equipped with all the necessary facilities to best support the team of Woonstroom during the renovation period.
To further unburden the client, Real also arranged the permitting and signage needed to make the delivery.

Real makes 'Tien Om Te Zien' shine on the Seafront.

Tien Om Te Zien (TOTZ) is an iconic music program that took place last summer on the Belgian coast in Westende. The program brings a new set of artists each recording, with a strong focus on Flemish music. The shows not only drew a live audience, but were also broadcast on TV.
For the realization of this iconic event, REAL provided the necessary modular spaces:
- Backstage units: Make-up rooms, press rooms, direction units and production rooms.
- Sanitation: Toilets equipped with a septic tank, both for public and backstage use.
- Storage containers: For the safe storage of materials and equipment.
The modular approach ensured that everything could be built and modified quickly and easily, which was crucial for an event that relies so heavily on flexibility and continuity.
This collaboration confirms the long-standing relationship between Real and DPG, with several successful projects already completed.
