The maximum
Real from Sint-Gillis-Waas has been thinking about a solution in recent years. After many successful realizations for various sectors, the Wase company is ready for a sustainable future with a new whopper: the MAX! Developed by their own people and built in their own workshops in Sint-Gillis-Waas (Belgium).

More than 30 years of experience and expertise has been incorporated into this new benchmark in modular construction. The result? Beautiful volumes tailored to the customer's activity! How? By combining functionality with safety and comfort with innovation.

E-level -16!
A pilot project for own use is currently set up on the Real site. This economical office building has an E-level of 30 as standard, which is already unique in circular unit construction. But what is so unique is that Real managed to drop the E-level to -16! This was made possible by a combination of renewable energy with an Off-Grid installation: MAX SOLAR power.

State of the art project
The benefits of this state-of-the-art project are endless. It already starts with the modular construction of the units. Ecologically responsible and particularly sustainable basic materials are used. The raw materials are used in the long term, with reuse being central. In combination with 60 minutes of fire resistance, we really speak of a product of generation 2.0 with the MAX!

Partly thanks to the flexibility, the temporary and (semi) permanent buildings in MAX version last longer, which translates into highly ecological projects. In this way, volumes can be easily and quickly transformed to a new destination or adapted to current requirements and needs. In addition, these units can also be easily moved to other locations.

What we do know for sure for the future: sustainable, safe and circular construction? An asset with the MAX!
