PROUD NOMINEE OF MATEXPO EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR AWARD 2021

We are proud to announce that Real has been nominated for the Matexpo Employer Of The Year Award 2021

With this award, MATEXPO wants to reward projects that stimulate sustainable improvement of the personnel policy and that strengthen the image of an attractive employer. The aim of this initiative is to contribute to the positive promotion of the sector as an attractive employer and the various professions as interesting and challenging career choices.

Various initiatives to promote solidarity and effectiveness have been set up so that no one feels excluded. Dutch lessons for non-native speakers, the publishing of an internal newsletter “REALISATIES” and a strong commitment to working safely are just a few examples. As a result, we are already experiencing a growing involvement of our employees, a spontaneous increase in productivity and many initiatives by employees for the benefit of the company and colleagues.

The winner of the HR award will be announced during the official opening on Tuesday 7/09.
